Blogger Ads: Now Blogger is showing advertisements on its own, till now it was upto the blogger to add a adsense plugin / tool for the contextual ads.
Google Nofollow tag issue: Google is known to have improved on the PageRank allocation ( passing the link juice) for outbound links with a no-follow tag. Now onwards it will not be that easy to maintain the link score with the new Google Algorithm coming into picture.
